We train students’ inner superheroes to make their resume sparkle with the Internship of their dreams and the coaching and mentorship they need to get off to a confident start
Our Mission is to help students advance professionally and stand out from the crowd when they apply for their next opportunity. Below, the nuts and bolts of the program:
Semester Programs
- 17-18 week programs
- 12 US credits
- 2 courses taught in English (3 US credits each), plus the internship course (6 US credits)
- part-time (300 hour) credit bearing internship in English or other language
- Superhero Training Program group workshops and individual mentoring throughout
Summer Programs
- 4-10 week programs with a flexible start
- 3- 6 US credits
- Internship course: academic adviser on site
- Full time credit bearing internship in English, 150 or 300 hours

Prepare
- Strategic Advice: make a professional development plan
- Set expectations: go over internship options available, Office expectations, dress code, habits.
- Awesome Presentation: resume, cover letter, interview coaching
Internship
- guaranteed placement in a position aligned with student’s major and interest before arrival
Train the superpowers
- On site Mentoring and continuous support
- build achievement-based confidence,
- negotiate tasks and schedule at work,
- gain intercultural communication skills.
- Networking coaching
Debrief
- Feedback with the student and internship supervisor
- Formal evaluation for school
